Ms. Kadakia has over 26 years of experience in the field of Finance & Accounts. Currently, Ms. Kadakia heads the Finance & Accounts and also the Secretarial functions of the Pen Group. Ms. Kadakia has vast experience in diverse finance operations like investment of funds, risk and liquidity, capital structuring, taxation matters etc.

As a member of the core management team at Pen Group Ms. Kadakia involved on all business strategy, planning, and budgeting, marketing and new business initiatives of all the Pen Group Companies.

Mr. Vikas Chopra has an experience of over 30 years in the entertainment business in various capacity with Saregama (formerly HMV), Times of India and Moser Baer. He now works closely with Dr. Jayantilal Gada as a senior consultant in the film business and advises on various strategic initiatives.

Mrs. Amira Bavishi has been in the field of marketing, mass media and communication for the past 15 years. Her goal has always been to excel in this field by leveraging her past knowledge and experiences.  Currently working as Marketing Head at and advises on various strategic initiatives. Pen India Limited, she has previously managed International Media Marketing at Zee & Times Of India. She has excelled in communication, networking skills and has great attention to detail.

Mr. Rajesh Thadani a multi tasker in the Film Entertainment Business, has been born in a family that has dealings in distribution and exhibition of films. He is associated with the release of more than 200 films in Hindi, English & Regional languages in Mumbai circuit as well as for all India circuits. He has been actively involved in the distribution strategy of films. Mr. Thadani also served as an executive member of the Indian Motion Picture Distributors Association and past member of the Film Federation of India and the Theatre Owners Association.

Mr. Vikas Varma has 25 years of rich experience in heading creative and management portfolios across Advertising, Television Broadcast, Television Production and Radio FM companies. Mr. Varma has created and launched six television channels, including 9XM. He helped launch five FM Radio stations for Radio City. He was Creative & Content head of MTV. Mr. Varma was C.O.O. with UTV (Television Production) and produced 23 hours of fresh content per week. He was part of the Madison Advertising start up team & helped launch numerous big brands like Cinthol Soaps.

Mr. Amit Chheda, with the experience of over 25 years in the media entertainment & film distributions business and has a sharp focus on content development, marketing and acquisition. He focuses on investment opportunities that directly enhance the Company’s ability to meet specific strategic goals. These strategic goals include expansion into key strategic market, completion of a strategic partnership, and critical research and development. Mr. Chheda has combined his passion for the breakthrough technology with his ability to create innovative business models for high growth Companies.

Mr. Ravindra Yadav has professional experience of 17 years in Motion Picture Industry for Operation and Technical field. Mr. Yadav has successfully handled Post Production work of more than 300 movies for Satellite channels like Star, Sony, Colors, Zee etc. He has expertise in managing the technical requirements of movies required for satellite channels.

Mr. Sajid Qureshi is currently the Business Head of South Content at Pen India Ltd. He is associated with PEN for over 20 years now. He is a popular director and producer down South. Mr. Qureshi has acquired many popular films worth more than Rs. 1000 crores in south market, for Pen India Ltd., such as Jaya Janaki Nayaka, Puli Murgan, Kaththi, Bharat Ane Nenu, Arvinda Sametha Veera Raghava, Jayasimha, Thaana Serendha Kottam, Saamy 2, Raju Gari Gadhi 2 and Toli Prema.

Ms. Shalini Bajpai is a lawyer qualified to practice in India and specializes in Property Rights. She has a nuanced understanding of media and entertainment from a business and legal perspective and has experience across a wide range of dispute both transactional and litigation across the sector. Ms. Bajpai is currently working as a Legal Head at Pen India Ltd. She has previously worked with Anand Anand & Khimani and interned with DSK Legal, Naik Naik & Co., Red Chillies Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Wadia Ghandy & Co. and Hariani & Co.

Rutwa Parikh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 6 years’ experience in the field of accounts, taxation and finance. She is currently heading finance & accounts department at Pen India Limited. Ms. Parikh has been involved in the preparation and finalization of books of accounts. She has handled various Tax matters such as Income Tax, GST, etc. She has previously worked with CA Firm – Bhupendra Shroff and company.

Akshay Vora is a Company Secretary and also a Law Graduate. He has nuanced understanding and knowledge of Company Law and has experience in Company secretarial matters. He is currently working as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Pen India Limited. He has previously worked as Company Secretary of The Dodsal Group and was also looking after the legal matters of the Company and was also a Company Secretary of Stallion India Fluorochemicals Pvt. Ltd. and has interned with CS firm-JSP Associates.
